Initially seemed a bit too optimistic about the selling price, but it turns out that she indeed was pretty accurate. Veryresponsive to calls, kept us informed regularly and consistently, through several escrows that fell through and through some problems with the buyer and the title company. She is more youthful and energetic than the serious-looking picture on this site but is both very serious and very knowledgeable. Maryam helped me to sell my house to a property developer and she was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She made the whole process pretty easy for me and was always available to answer my questions.
